The future of the middle east is proving to be a highly connected one, whether it’s smart cities, booming tech industries or new innovative products to unite, business in the middle east is going to be always, in some way, connected to the internet. Whether your business is a large enterprise or an enthusiastic start up, it requires key knowledge to be able to make the right moves and stay safe within the digital landscape.

These insights are exactly what will be presented at the ‘Smart City Development and Navigating the Security Landscape’ panel, which will be at the Security Middle East Conference on May 9th in Riyadh, later this year.

The panel seeks to bring together informed minds to discuss the implementation of the Saudi 2030 Vision and the way in which businesses will have to change or, in the very least adapt, to the bustling new digital based economy that is locked in to Saudi’s future.

The panel will be moderated by Dan Norman, who will bring insights from the ISF – Information Security Forum, chronicling the development of Saudi Arabia so far and what steps have been and are yet to be taken as the country shifts from its oil economy to a digital-based one.

Technology, data centres, malware understanding and more will all need to be developed to prepare businesses for Web 3.0 and the continued evolution of the IoT as international business and cybersecurity continues to thrive in the coming years.
